Construction Home Loan

The loan is drawn down at certain stages through the building process, with the first draw down used to cover the cost of the land. The loan amount is calculated on the combined value of the land and the estimated value of the house and land package.

We can access Lo-doc product that is designed for the self-employed, companies and trusts who have had an ABN registered for 2 years or more (GST registered at the time of application) and are not able or do not wish to produce full financials. Your self-certified net income will need to be supported by providing 6 months mortgage or rental statements. For loans above 80% LVR, you will need to provide 1 months personal and/or business statements.*
